What is the proper way to move your engine up a notch?
I noticed there is some sort of sealer around my bolts. Should the engine have sealer around it also?

put a jack with a piece of wood under the skeg of the engine, loosen bottom bolts, remove top bolts, jack engine to the desired hole and use 5200 marine sealer around the bolt holes..

I wouldn't use 5200.
4200 is easier to remove if you have to.
If your putting it there perminent the 5200.

Thanks guys!!

Should I run a bead around where the motor touches the boat also? Or is this overkill?

Just seal the bolts.
