That's an offshore, same design as the SS, a very nice candidate for a restore. Needs TLC is a dead giveaway that the boat is on it's last leg before a rebuild. Roller trailer without very many rollers can case damage to the hull. Those Force motors...

Last year I did the transom. This year I gutted it out and new floors and interior wood panels etc. Sealed hull. Put old consoles back in to be able to use it. Now going to redo consoles and make a custom rear casting deck. Can't rush a work of art!...

  • I like where this is going so far. It looks like you might know what you're doing with a welder. The trailer looks incredible!

replied to primer pushing thru fuel pump ???

It looks half decent. Contact the owner and ask him about maintenance records, any repairs he has had done, any repairs it needs today, etc. Check your local area and see what similar boats are selling for this time of year. Make sure you take it out...

  • It did have a cuddy cabin. It definitely was not an Islander, though. I am not sure if it was a rare model, or what. The owner was a dealer for Starcraft conversion vans in the 80s, so maybe the boat being a one-off isn't out of the question? Unlikely...
