Hatch lids stick

On my 2010 Tracker 175 txw all the hatch lids stick. It's all carpeted but takes 2 hands to open them. I thought maybe it's wet so I opened them all and dried them for several days in the garage. No change. I'm thinking maybe a shave with my electric razor :)

Any tips on this problem ?
