I bought a used 2000 Tracker Targa 17' with a 90 Tracker motor. Are the user's manuals available online anywhere? They aren't on the tracker web site (at least I couldn't find anything).
Are you looking for a Owner's Manual for the boat or for the outboard? They should both have a manual. I went and bought the factory service manual from http://www.marinepartsman.com and it has already come in handy. They also have a parts list and an owners manual for the outboard. I don't know about the boat owners manual. My owner's manual is very vague and doesn't really say anything that isn't more than common sense. But, I'm sure you can find it somewhere.
