$12 worth of Nuts & Bolts. I wanted to spare the swim deck the unsightly toe stubbing hardware available by aftermarket mounts. I can still use the ladder when the trolling motor is not mounted and the hatch closes fully. The hatch is of course open when the motor is mounted. Its not a quick release but 5 minutes worth of turning a ratchet for the top bolts and its on or off.
Clean easy and cheap. I am going to add something more to grab the ladder handle on the front end of the mount but It works fine the way it is. This setup should work on the 195 and 216 and most deck boats.
