Towing dual tubes from tow eyes 2001 q3 outboard

I called a few places but no one seemed to know if it would hurt the boat or not. I tried to pull two tubes with they ski pylon once and got kinda nervous when the pylon was stressing. Is the towing capacity of those hooks published somewhere I was unable to find it in my owners manual.

They will hold more than your ski ring will when towing tube.
