I think ten people is a bit optimistic.

goofy surge brake shock absorber thingy.

Got a chance to look it over a bit more.
Floors are solid. Wont need to tear them out as long as the foam underneath is in good shape.
Stuff that appeared rotten based on the vinyl covering it is not. So lots of pull it out, seal it, staple some new **** to it and put it back.
Crawled under there and got a better look at the transom, even on the inside at the bottom edge it's solid. Splash well needs resealed.
Overall it just needs a lot of cosmetic work to not be ugly, and some liberal application of new sealant. Desperately needs rewired. Wire nuts and ****. Dude wired duplex 115 outlets for 12v sockets.

Found the winch controller and power cable, complete with an extension cord spliced into it...
Trailer is an EZ Loader. Electric winch and bearing buddies. Six lug with surge brakes that work. I had to lock them out to backup and I felt them pulling on the truck at stoplights. Towed nice and was trouble free for 100 miles. Has Load range D China LT 7-15 tires on it that appear fairly recent. So aired them up to 55 PSI and rolled on. Need to get a spare.

Motor runs, has good compression. Power tilt/trim works.

I gave 1500 for the whole setup, cover and top included

What year is your boat? Looks like early 80's. I have an 82 that had the same color scheme.Looks like you got a real nice hull.

it's an 82 with an 83 Johnson hanging off the back.

can you help me out with some interior photos and maybe some shots under the helm of the wiring. Mine is a disaster.
Also, fuel tank mounting. Because a PO has moved the 30 gallon from the stern to midships.

I've also got some fiberglass on the port side up in the cuddy. You can see it in one of the storage compartments laid up against the hull. I have no idea why it's there because there's no seam there and the hull does not look damaged and appears to have original paint. I'll get some pictures of that next time I work on it.

I did get the powerhead winterized though. It runs nicely

the lower unit is nasty and needs cleaned up/painted, but the skeg is in good shape, it doesn't look like it's ever been abused. Pretty clean under the cowling actually.

Sorry, Can't help you out.My interior was nothing but mulch, what was left of it. My wiring was even worse than yours. If I were you I would rip all that wiring out and just start from scratch. Still undecided on restoring mine as it has some major hull issues.

As far as my fuel tank, not sure if it was factory or not. It is 30 gallon. Set under splash well and off to the port side.

there's a fill in that spot on mine. None of the keys I have fit it, so I didn't know if it was original or not. I guess that's where it will get put back to.

I intend to completely rewire all of the hull stuff. Thankfully the johnson harness hasn't been fooled with. nothing but the radios work.

That looks just like my tank. Mine set 4-5 inches away from port side.

Yeah, I'm also not comfortable with it just being held down by the welded tabs, so I will fashion some sort of strap mount for it. Likely just 2 aluminum straps bent to fit the tank and lag bolted into the deck.

well the fuel tank situation just got ridiculous.
I picked up two gunwale saddle style tanks, 20 gallons a piece.
so yes, 70 gallons of fuel on board if we want.

not dead, just delayed.

I should be cutting plywood for the floors this weekend.
It took me a while to figure out tanks and fuel system.

fitted belly tank.

ordered fuel system stuff.
Last obstacle to getting a new deck in it. Then it's wiring.
