So today it began! I removed floor rivets and the decking. The foam Is in perfect condition, the decking came up easily and it will be really easy to use as a template. Perfect Colorado afternoon, we are off to a great start!

All right another project to watch along the progress. Does the dog go with you on the water...or is that your boat picture?

I love dogs...:thumb:

No, I have a giant German Shepherd, too big for this boat. I had his pic as my signature and it turned out to be as big as the post field, so I took it down.

Nice dog, but yeah, a tad LARGE scale photo...........

Now that you've added a Signature pix, I dont think you can delete it, but you should be able to change it. Just right mouse click on this pix:

and select Save image as

Once its saved, reload it as your sig pix, and it'll be much smaller

I really like that style windshield on the closed bow boats..... Much more then the later flat panels:

There happens to be a good write up here in the forums on how to re-pop your own windshield from new poly carb when the time comes.

Well, after last weekend, she's all ready to head to the soda blasters. The pieces missing from the top are going to be re-made, they have a bunch of random holes and screws, about 25 on each side. Don't know the story on those. We are starting on the transom this weekend. I would some advice about Gluvit for the hull, please.
