One way to get cope with a nasty northeast winter...and satiate your resto-hunger...is to restore a beat-up snowthrower :laugh:

That's not a good sign, according to the calender it's just about spring time.

I'm in Denver today but headed to FL for next 8 days...

Ft Lauderdale this afternoon, meeting wife there assuming she makes it to Nashville airport. Out on the water Saturday to send my friend to his 72 virgin mermaids that await him then put wife back in a plane and I drive to Tampa, then Tallahassee, then Destin.

Hopefully the winter will have left middle TN by then.

Just got an email that some residents in our city will have to run their water until April 1st to keep the supply pipes from freezing. The frost is 5 1/2' deep. Glad I'm not in one of those houses...they're a block away. This winter is kicking our butts.

I just got off the water today, we went to Banks Lake about 60 miles away to fish for walleye. Ended up getting a dozen big fat perch, 1 walleye and a burbot but it was a great day on the lake. Glass slick water, no wind and 64 degrees. The big rock in the center of the picture is called Steamboat Rock and there's over a mile of water from where I took the pic, The pic doesn't show it's size, it's massive with 200 foot cliffs rising above the water. Sorry to you guys in the grip of winter still but I thought you might like to think about the warmer days ahead.

i am a winter fan. Full on cold blooded Canadian boy! I love riding my snowmobiles but around here now the snow is disappearing, time to get into boat resto mode!
The better half has put me on a deadline, she doesn't want to miss any "on the water" days. Im a lucky man!
