So out of curiosity, has any one every messed around with trimming down the side windows one a windshield. The windshield I'm looking at using for the holiday is too long for fishing while sitting in tree front seats

Are the side windows tempered safety glass? If so that would be a HUGE problem and nothing that any glass shop would do, you'd have to come up with a template for a new window. Reducing the side support frame and deleting the side glass is about the only option I can think of.

Watermann, I would guess it would be tempered. I was hoping a glass shop could cut the glass. I'll have to check into it. Thanks

In the automotive world, windshields are not typically tempered, they are laminated safety glass which can be cut. All the rest of the glass is usually tempered

However - before you have anyone attempt to cut the glass, make a new template. It is pretty likely that it will break and then you will be left trying to make one without a pattern. If the glass is curved, you are in for a pretty expensive project if it must be replaced. Custom curved glass is very high dollar.

Anyone have any advice as to how to upload photos from an iPad. I have a photo bucket account but no internet other than on my iPad or phone at my house

Download the PB app, I use it on my Droid and it works great.

Thanks WM. I downloaded the app but still having issues. I have an iPhone so I'm not sure if that changes things a little. I'm not very tech savvy. I know enough to go on the internet and that's about where my knowledge ends😔

Started on the stripping Dow of the donor boat. Finally got a couple of days off this weekend. I'm hoping to get everything pulled off the boat so I can get the holiday in the shop

Take the pic, click on it, share, choose PB and the album you want and then hit the check mark. That's all there is to the send them to PB. Once at PB you copy the IMG code on the right and paste it into the text box here at iboats.

The pics look like this then rather than a link.

Thanks WM. ITS A 45 WC. Got a heck of a deal on it. That's what I was thinking on the 115 too. I've got a little older bow mount for trolling and the 115 should have enough snort to pull me out of the water if I'm up for the challenge of getting back into skiing

So I got pretty much everything pulled from the donor boat today. Just have the gas tank and a couple of trim pieces at some point before it goes to the dump

My little helper for the day.
