from the looks of the motor picture, im thinking the blue one is partially disassembled inside.... I got a FREE 1971 islander........worst deal I ever did!!!!!!!!! nightmare getting that thing home $750 worth of trailer parts just to limp it home.... spent months stripping and replacing rivets...then set it aside for a bigger boat....it would have cost me several thousands$$$ and 100's of hours to get in shape to be worth less than I put in it!.......

Actually really dont like that style, ifn I took it I'd make into a center console. These folks might beat me.

That said you may have missed my thread. Found a sweet little 17 Mirrocraft that I'm told is basically a Starcraft and.....
I finally wore down my wife. Hell she even wants me to have it painted so she doesn't lose the garage for a month while I do it.

well apparently a post of mine from last night didn't take. Too bad. Somewhere withing a 250 mile radius of 37355 is a 1963 16' or maybe 18' with a shot motor (i/o). $150 for the hull and $150 for the trailer.

Motor has a small water leak (block cracked) previous owner didn't winterize, it leaks inside the boat not in the oil. The registration is current and title is clean. Boat will need wood replaced floor and engine cover cabin in ok shape. This is a 4 cylinder GMC engine with OMC outdrive.[/FONT]

Just past the local scrap yard and there a 14/15 ft old jupiter on the ground with windshield. Wife actually spun back around to get a closer look. Ill have to look into local laws about no papers.

She said not a chance. Im thinking shes gonna be mad monday when i go back to negotiate..... And theres a boat with no trailer in our driveway.
