Anchor winch

I have a 19' islander I/O cuddy and we want to install either an electric or manual anchor winch, mostly for stationary perch fishing. We usually fish between 15' and 30' of water. Any experiences or suggestions? Thanks. Buz.

I 've thought about adding this to my boat just for the same reason you described.
