I have what exactly resembles a super sport V but my boat was bought brand new in 1968 by my wife?s grandfather. I can?t find anything for that style before 1970. Just trying to find the correct information. It?s original color was a forest green of sort.

The title and receipt both say 1968. I?ll try to get some pictures on here but I?m using my phone and it doesn?t want to let me upload them.

I believe the Supersport 16 was introduced in 1968 and came in green. This brochure pic is from 1969. The other attached pic is one for sale in my area right now for $2000. Notice the shape of the side window it has a curve to it and the shape of the bow rail.

This looks just like our 1970 SS, A '68 should have a S/N lower than the 900,xxx's.

In the process of restoring the boat and took a peek at the tag by the remote. It says super sport v and where the serial number is the first two numbers are 68. If I can figure out how to get pictures on here from a cell phone I?ll share some with you guys.
