You are a brave guy for taking on this project, and obviously a talented one. That windshield looks factory.

Just to follow up...fishing trip was a overall a success. Windshield did what it should and received a few compliments. We managed to put a good number of Lake Trout on board and a few even made it to the live well and then a freezer. First day the boat had a few problems: kept stalling when trying to reverse (not fun while trying to dock in wind), starter bolt fell out, live well pump doesn't like to prime, very hard to steer under power (especially to the right), I think the live well plumbing leaks and the belt started slipping. Not bad considering its been off the water for a couple years. All fixed except the hard steering and the live well issues. I also need to have a top made. I will start another post if I need help with any of these. I'm considering this topic closed. Thanks for the help!
