I have a 1989 85dt suzuki that to me doesn't have the "get-up and go" it should. It has a slight miss when idling. It is on a Southfork 18' aluminum bass boat full v that has been customed finished and probably weighs around 1000-1200 pounds with the motor. The top speed is 34 mph with one person. It has a new 13.5 x 19 propeller on it. It sounds good with no misses when wide open just seems to me it should do better. The gas is new also. Seems to come out of the hole just fine. It won't pull a skier though. Compression is 125 125 and 115 on the cylinders. Any advice?
