Does anyone know the target RPM for 1984 Seaswirl I/O 18ft with C/C, or what the WOT RPM should be? And yes, I'm new to boating. I bought this boat a few months ago and I still have a lot to figure out, but it sure is fun! (usually). The engine was rebuilt in 2007, and is a Ford 3.8L with the original lower unit. I'm not sure what the HP is. . .
