Hello fellow Seaswirlers

I picked this up for $2000 from a co-worker who was tired of paying storage fees and is not mechanically inclined. The engine is storage seized and I think (and hope) I will have it rorating tomorrow.

Lots of work ahead as the exterior needs alot of TLC. I will keep you posted if you are interested. Here is a link to some "BEFORE" photos:

You mentioned a question that I was going to ask.......How sturdy was the Seawirl hull compared to other boats? It seams pretty stout by looking at it in engine compartment, etc.

Where are you and which Seaswirl do you have? Adding the info to your signature will make things easier for you in the future.

I'm in Birch Bay Wa, and frequent the San Juan and Gulf islands. I have a 20ft cuddy 1993, with a Johnson 140. That boat has taken a pounding and always gives a solids safe ride. Nice and dry too!
