I bought a 1972 sea ray the other day. Registration says its a 17' but sea ray's web site does not list a 17' for that year. It lists all different models and sizes starting at 18'. Im thinking thats what i have but the site listed models and i dont know exactally what i have here. There is no Cost Guard Safety data plate on it but someone told me that they didnt put them on then. So do i call sea ray and ask for one? And before i do i cant find numbers anywhere on the boat. The registration card lists a HIN but i cant find it anywhere on the boat. The boat is registered til 08 but i dont know what the max hp rating for this boat is. The guy before me had a 115hp on it. Im looking to get anywhere from a 85 to a 115. There is a safety checked sticker on the windshield whick i took a picture of. Basically im looking for any information that you guys in the sea ray forum can give me. Thank you and im adding pictures so maybee someone will know what it is and can help me out. Thanks Guys!
