I have a 1990 70hp Johnson VRO. The previuos owner kept it in the water and it froze the pistons just a half inch past the first hole (towards full trim), and I cant get the pistons to release. No it doesnt go up or down at all. I did put a new trim motor and I hear it working but no movement. I put in new fluid nothing. The manual release works and after trying to work the trim motor and releasing the manual screw theres is air build up. I took off the tubing on the bottom and it only dripped one time. I put more fluid in and no more came out the tube hole. I even ran the motor to see if it would work it through , nothing. Ive tapped the piston with a hammer, nothing. HELP
