Bench Seats on Striper cc191

I just joined this site since I am in the process of buying my first ever boat. It's a 1990 Striper cc191. This may be a stupid question, but I was wondering if it would be feasible to install flip up bench seats in the back of the boat. The seats would be over part of the splash well, so I wasn't sure if this would create issues? Any advice for a newbie boater would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
