1999 johnson 150 oceanpro

The power head on my 99 Johslon 150 oceanpro was rebuilt 20 hrs ago,
it will idle using flush atachment but in the water it won't idle, goes dead.
If you push the primer it seems to idle better.
Where do I start to trouble? The carbs have been rebuilt.

You've posted this request in the Sea Fox boat forum. My guess is that the make of the boat is not important with regards to your engine problem. Try posting in the Johnson/Envinrude forum for answers.
