Have you tried the factory? I have found that Ranger Parts can get about anything for any of their older models. .....and I honestly think most of the parts are a fair price!
I just picked up some really nice 14in rim and tire set up on ebay. Search through the trailer tire section,It take some time,go through them all,the good deals are towards the back end of the section. Good Luck!!
