Anyone familiar with the quality of Pro Sports boats? I'm looking at an '03 21' WAC.

Re: Pro Sports Quality

I've got a 1998 ProSports 2550CC.

Issues:

I've had to repair wiring for the bige pump, float switch and livewell pump in the bilge. That's just due to age.

The forward "fish boxes" drains are somewhat slow draining. Only 1/2" drains from factory on 3 "above deck" boxes draining into a "below deck" box and only a 1/2" drain there too into the bilge. Makes the whole bilge stink really bad if not cleaned well.
I plan on replacing the 1/2" drains with 1" on the lower box and pumping out instead of draining to the bilge.

I bought the boat from the original owner and he gave me reciepts for everything he'd ever had done.
Never had any major issues.
Biggest thing he had done was hyd. steering bleed and fresh h2o tank pump replaced.

Love this boat!
Nice ride and well laid out. Takes rough water well, (25 degree deadrise...though I'm not sure of the deadrise on the 21').
It doesn't have much bow flare so in some conditions it can be a little wet.
All composite construction for below deck structures, stringers, etc.
