Monterey 196 Montura Rebuild

Hey all! My first post on here. I just purchased at 1998 Monterey "Montura" 196 with severe floor rot, and left to die. I have since tore up the entire floor, carpet, side panels, bow seats, cockpit seating, bulkheads and stringer assembly and the fuel tank. Its now time to start laying things back in. I just thought I'd share my progress as a first time boat repairer...note... I did work in the industry for eight years so I do have boating experience. Would love to chat with anyone who owns a 196 or the like! Thanks for looking!

Now that you have the "fuel tank" in view, where is the duel tank "sender located". I need to replace the sender and can't find it yet

The fuel sender should be a top the fuel tank.

Im currently doing a 1995 196. How did your project turn out? I have some questions about the rear bulkhead/firewall, jumpseats, and sunpad if you would care to share?
