Wow, this problem has been going on most of the summer and I still can't get it figured out. There is a drain hole in my ski locker but there is not pvc pipe attached to it that might run to the bilge. Instead, I can look through the hole and it just leads underneath the locker into never, never land. I've tried running a fish tape up from the bilge towards the ski locker but haven't had any luck clearing it. I don't know if I just can't get enough "force" behind the tape or what but everytime it rains it gets worse. Prior to putting it up for the winter, I used a shop vac to get a bunch of it out but there is still more under the locker that I can't get to.
Has anyone else had this issue? If so, how did you get it solved? I'm actually considering using something like a gun cleaning rod if I can get it from the bilge up towards the locker. Maybe it'll have enough strength to bust through the clog.
Any ideas are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
