I have replaced the deck on my 71 MFG Gypsy Tri-hull and I am concerned. I cut out the deck and foam and stringers and bulkheads then laid out the new deck with 5/8 marine plywood, Peanut buttered it in, dumped expanding foam underneath and glassed it in..solid as all get out. But....

I did not brace the hull or strap the hull when I did all this...how concerned should I be with the hull being out of shape now or how would I even check to see how bad off it is? Is there anything that I can do about it now? Boat was on a trailer but that is about all he support she had.

Thanks for the input.

Welcome DarkAndStormy ! What kind of trailer was it ? Keel rollers with side bunks ? As long as it was well supported underneath it should be ok .. Did you take the cap off ? Did you glass the underside of the deck before installing ? Just take a good look at the hull and see if there are any bad humps or hooks .. Pic's are always good !:)
