1998 Maxum 3.0L Mercruiser Leaking Oil. HELP.

I took my boat out for a test today and notice the oil is leaking somewhere above the lower pulley.

I have a 1998 Maxum 1700SR 3.0L Mercruiser 135HP.

What would be the cause of this leak? What is the possible part name? Could it be from the 2nd picture below white color pulley?

I found the problem with my boat. It's the Timing cover got rusted and I just change a new one. Now no more oil leak.
