Hi - I have a 2007 Maxum 2400 SC3, and I can't get as much as a peep or hiss out of the radio/CD unit - Model : MR-6
It powers up ok but keeps reverting to USA setting instead of Europe, but even so, can't even get the slightest crackle, even at the highest volume setting. As you can see it is not an old boat and can't see any signs of damage or any other resson why it should not work.
Also, when you put in a CD, it thinks about it for a few seconds and then just shows "Error" on the screen.
Unfortunately I don't have any great knowledge in such matters, and wonder if anybody else may have had a similar experience, or some ideas of what the problem could be ?
