CMC Hydraulic jack plate and turning a 26 pitch Raker at 6200 RPM. It took me a while to break through the 60 MPH barrier because the chine walking became violent. Once I learned how to counteract the chine walking with coordinated opposite steering I broke through the chine walking and the boat began to (for lack of better words) float in the air. Directional stability became manageable but required constant concentration. I was then able to reach the 80 MPH mark.

My Larson was repowered from a 4.3 to a 350 Mag and it moves (only about 60 MPH, though). It had a bad chinewalking problem above 50 MPH, too. I installed Smart Tabs and they took care of it.

Nice looking boat!
