1972 Gulfstream boat

Hello, I just purchased a 1972 Gulfstream. It is in good shape, engine runs great, one owner and well taken care of. My question is: do y'all have any tips/suggestions for care and maintenance? What shall I put on the fiberglass? Looks like it could use a wax? Is that ok? Also, what type of oil does it use? Any ideas or suggestions would be awesome! Thanks in advance!

Post some info about your engine and outdrive itsapcthing. You could post some pictures as well. Many of the mechanical parts of the boat are not brand specific so you might get a better response out in the general forum.

This forum is a good resource for things specific to Gulfstream. There are not any other places on the net for Gulfstream.
