How to use the livewell in my new g3 1448

Looking at the livewell that is built into the g3, how is it used? What is the easiest way to install a aerator/ or water pump to it? I just got this boat today and want to run electric before it hits the water. anyone know of a good g3 modification website?

Now keep in mind, I haven't put this boat in the water yet. I came from the dealer to my house. Anyway, I emailed G3 and they say it is a "Gravity Filled" Livewell. So I guess maybe it fills up when weight is in the boat. I guess I'll have to add an aerator, because that doesn't seem to produce enough oxygen....in my mind anyway. Plus on those hot *** days in july and august, I'll probably need a nice aerator setup or something.
