I am also having a hard time finding a replacement hatch, did you ever end up finding a place that repalces them? If so, could you guide me in the right direction?

No-one makes replacement parts for a >20 year old boat. You may be able to go to a place that sells plexiglass and have them cut and form it for you as a custom made part. Good luck.
