Hey everyone... I just installed a Lewmar Pro 700 and my question is: It was already pre-wired with a switch and wires. There are 6 wires attached to the switch along with some jumpers from pin to pin on the switch. It even has a jumper from the windlass switch to the Nav/Anc switch. I have no idea what all these wires are for. The wiring for the Lewmar switch has only three wires running to it. "UP" "DOWN" and "Power" from controller. I want to wire the switch like it says in the directions for the Lewmar but i'm afraid if I unplug all those wires that were pre-installed something might not work. Continuity and all that stuff. I'm no electrician but I do know the basics. Does anybody have any idea as to what all these wires are for. Thanks....

Obviously the NAV/ANC jumper is for the illumination of the switch. Two wires for that.
Then you have three more for the supply and UP and DOWN of the windlass relay.
A continuity test of each wire to it's other and is a must before installation.
