Swapping Benson for Lewmar windlass

I'm not happy with the original Benson rope only windlass that came with the boat. I ordered a new Lewmar Pro-1000 to put in its place.

I got lucky and it looks like the Benson is already wired with 4 AWG wire, so I save on that. I am hoping the hawse pipe hole will line up for the new windlass. My Prestancia came with two momentary switches for the windlass (up and down) I am going to remove one and put the new rocker switch in. If anyone needs any parts, let me know.

Swap is mostly complete, except some wiring. Does anyone know if the Benson had a breaker? And if so, where? I can't find it.

Any pictures, i looked for a separate breaker and could not find one either. changing benson windless is on the list but it works perfectly (except for rope only).

Here is what it looked like when I took the Benson off:

Since the Benson was starboard side oriented, and the Lewmar is port side, I mounted the new Lewmar onto a piece of starboard that was bedded and screwed to the deck:

The new switch fit in place of one of the original switches for the Benson. (the other is now inactive)

Yes, everything is really dirty right now. Downside of inside cold storage, lots of dust.

Did you fish new wire ? and did you use an inline fuse ?

I got lucky and the wire that was there was sufficient. The switch is fused, and the main feed is protected by the supplied Lewmar breaker.

Have had to do the holding tank yet? If so, where did you purchase the new on?

Seems like I may have to cut the old one out of that tight area?
