Where's the hot water heater??

HI,
Recently purchased a 1989 Monticello 270. Winterized everything but can't find the hot water heater. Anyone have an idea where I could look for it.

It's in the corner where the dinette seating meets the cabin stairs. Not sure how you get to it. Maybe through the mid cabin??

Why would you need to heat hot water?
