Have to keep trim all the way down

I recently purchased a 2007 Crownline 22LS with a Volvo 5.0 engine and SX outdrive. The boat comes up on plane easily but I have to keep the outdrive trimmed all the way down or the boat will porpoise badly. Can anyone tell me what's why?

how is your load dispersed throughout the boat? are you heavily loaded towards the back? How fast are you going? Sounds like a weird problem to me like maybe you have a problem with your trim, mine is a mercruiser based boat and I have mine trimmed between half and 3/4 down at top speed, a little more down for watersports but rarely all the way down unless waves are mid sized and the wifes back is giving her problems
