Rosewood Dash Repair

Does anyone know of an aftermarket solution to either replace or cover these panels? I'm not really interested in refinishing and am looking for a time- and cost-efficient repair. Thanks

I'd echo this comment. I've recently purchased a Cobalt 226, and would like to replace the wood with something a little more modern.
