I recently became the owner of a 1966 55hp Chrysler outboard and I think that maybe I'm putting too much oil it the Hi-test gas. 50/1 is the recommended ratio but I think I was even stronger than that I live in Canada and our equivalent to a 6 U.S. gallon can is 20 liters which is smaller and I used the same amount of oil in it. Does anyone have a tried and true recipe to share with me ?
