Carver 2767 superstructure

Hey all, I just bought a 91 carver santego 27 and love it. A neighbor at the marina told me a buddy looked at it before me, and they told him the superstructure was about to go. No signs I can see, but I'm not even sure where to look. Anyone have a similar issue or hear of anyone who has?

I just bought an 87 2767. no problem with mine. just alot of tlc needed to get her back in shape.
