19?? Bertram 20

I am thinking of buying a Bertram 20 but the current owner says its a 1979. I know its pre 1972 due to the lack of a HIN. I have a 4 digit number that is loctaed under the dash. Can anyone give me an idea as what to look for to identify the year?

Loks like late 60's early 70's my guess 68-69/ If you like it grab it! Its the same hull as the other Bertram 20's- dynamite ride n performance V6-V8 you cant lose. If no power,fiberglass tank, clean up, re-do, etc.. low ball 'em $500. should get the conversation started.
