Capri 1950 side window problem

The passenger side window has a gap of about 1/8-1/4 in between the window pane itself and the metal molding where it meets the forward windshield. It has moved a little bit each year and I am not sure why. Both the metal molding all around and the window pane itself seem very secure, nothing wobbles to the touch, the screws are all tight on the metal. Not sure why this is happening.
Any ideas? I really don't want to take the whole thing apart either, but other than that what simple fixes are there?

Could the console on that side be slowly tipping toward the middle due to rot in the cockpit sole?

Re: Capri 1950 side window problem

I know that I have an issue with the sole but it is on the driver seat side not the passenger side. I plan to reinforce the spot which is where the seat meets the ski locker this season then do a full inspection and decision on complete repair of the sole or sell the boat for next year. Not sure I want to tackle it fully. Joe
