Volvo 275 Outdrive

Can anyone instruct me on how to remove my prop? I have already taken the bolt out of the center of the cone but I'm not sure if the cone spins off or separates from the prop. Please help..... Anyone who would know the diameter and pitch of this prop I would appreciate this info. I need to order a replacement prop.

this is an outdrive issue, not a Baretta question.

The cone is threaded on. Stick a screwdriver through the hole in the cone and keep the prop from turning.

The prop may have the size stamped on the hub. You can check once the prop is off.

I have a 275 on my Imperial, and need to remove the prop and grease the shaft.
