Boat help Astro, with fuses

I have a1994 astro 17SCX bass boat, the gauges dont work, the lights on gauges come on, but dont work The speed omd use to work but quit, Does anyone know if this boat has a fuse panel, I cant find it and driving me crazy, Plese help Thanks

I know this is an old thread but did you ever find your problem? I know my boat has circuit breakers and not fuses. The panel on mine is near the floor next to the helm. Also I do not think its a voltage issue you may need to check the pick up tube.
