I have a 1987 Pro Craft V1650 with a 3 cylinder 2 cycle 90hp Mercury. I only use it for skiing. I removed the trolling motor. Can I remove the trolling motor battery and not damage the outboards charging system?

replied to Fuel Cell Size 21' Mariner
That's about all that is going to fit up there. Tank size all depends on your intended range and your fuel burn rate. I'll have 32 gallons with a pretty fuel hungry Mariner 115hp I-6. But I rarely go more more than about 20-25 miles round trip.

Don't say anything to him unless he brings it up. Then just say you it took 4 or 5 hours and a few bucks to fix. He might have something else he gives up on.

Nice find and fix. Go boating!

It's easy to raise up the deck and maintain the boats integrity but the deck but should only be raised as necessary to accommodate say a new belly tank and then only enough height to what's needed. With the Chiefs design the helm chairs raise you up...

There is a third Nassau, but she hasn't gone under the knife. I use her too much all year round. . BTW - She isn't the SOTY winner.
