Those of us who are hearing impaired in WA, we are allowed to hold a cell phone to our ear as long as i have my hearing aid in. Like most of you, I have a GARMIN NUVI which has bluetooth in it, and in my GMC and my F150, both have bluetooth installed. There is a company that sells bluetooth kits which hook into your radio fairly inexpensive, i put one in my Tahoe for less than $100.00.
