This is when I feel like Charlie Brown being set-up by Lucy holding the football for a kick.
I got cruise confirmation via email and saved it to my desktop. When I open the folder there is a mess of files with each file containing a segment of something that appears useless (things like a logo, arrow, line segment...). Is there anyway to put this mess back to a rational & useful file?

Thanks,
Nick

If you still have the email, then open it in your email program and copy everything by highlighting and then pasting into a notepad file, then save as a .txt file, that way you have the text of the email to refer back to, right now what has happened is you have saved the email with all of the html encoding, but the file does not know what program should open it.

You may also be able to just save it as a PDF. Hit FILE > PRINT and when your print dialogue comes up look for an option to SAVE TO PDF.

Or you could make a keeper folder in your email program and move it there.
