Trying to remove onedrive from windows 8.1

I've found many suggestions after a google search and no joy. Most of the sites seem to chat about it with no EZ fix.

It's just a garage laptop and I don't need to sync to clouds or clear skies for that matter.:doh:

This laptop is fairly new and 'I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet. Onedrive makes it s....l...o.....w.

Interesting, I run 8.1 and don't have that app on my version, but I did find a small tutorial that shows you how to shut it off or turn it on,

Also, here is a website that shows you how to get rid of 8.1 apps that you don't need, all of windows 8.1 comes with preinstalled apps, so you can remove them if not needed.
