Had a peach seed I tossed like 8 years ago in planter, sprouted, I replanted 2 years ago and now it's 7' tall in back yard, will it give peaches? Also just did two avaocados. love the leafy green leaves, and I have a lemon tree (Meyer???) that only gives great lemons in winter, any info on this stuff? Thanks guys :)

I have a Meyer lemon tree and it gives great lemons year round...
Will a self-seeded peach fruit?

Here's what I know about un-grafted peach trees.

Peach trees from seed take 5-10 years to flower & produce fruit. The fruit may be hard & inedible OR may be the best tasting peach every produced.....
Grafting yields a fruit of known quality.

5% of avacados from seed produce fruit. Takes min. 5yrs to find out. Those pretty green leaves will eventually shed and build up fast.

The peach tree will get peaches, but as said, of unknown quality. It will likely NOT be like the original peach, if it was a commercial peach.

Isn't it similar to the birds and bees........ are there only other's around to pollinate your tree?
