The link I provided is for the owner's manual which has troubleshooting in it but, for repairs you really need to click on the Support tab on the Icom site.
Yes I have also sent one of my handhelds in and had it repaired by Icom and they were reasonable with prices.
Bob thanks but I picked up a copy on another boating site. I emailed ICOM looking for the part I want and it will take weeks for them to get some into stock.
