I'd be surprised if anyone had that diagram handy. The wires are color coded pretty much the same regardless of brand. Are you about to install it in your boat? I'm sure myself or others could walk you through it.

List the wire colors and I will tell you what each ones connects to if you like, but finding a diagram for that particular radio will be very difficult.

You should have 2 power, one constant, one switched.<br />In a boat, you will probably hook these 2 together, as you want to be able to turn your radio on any time. You will have a ground and a blue power antenna wire.<br /><br />Then you will have either 2 or 4 pairs of other wires, these are your speaker pairs. Useing deduction you should be able to figure out your power wires.<br /><br />as for what pair is what speaker, I don't know.
